ESPN 25 Power Rankings: Week: 13

After games of Feb. 17

The postseason is underway in a number of states and a top-10 team fell victim to an upset last week. A Billy Garrett Jr. layup with 10 seconds to play sank Chicago Simeon in the CPS playoffs, ending the Wolverines' 12-game win streak and dropping the squad down a spot in the top 10. After failing to capture the city crown, Simeon now turns its attention to its pursuit of a four-peat at state. Whitney Young, which won the tourney, moves ahead of its rivals to land at No. 7.

La Lumiere dropped to 3-3 in matchups against top-25 teams, falling to a red-hot Indianapolis Cathedral squad in the midst of a 13-game win streak. The loss allowed Long Beach Poly to slide up to No. 9 while the Lakers dipped to No. 10.

The only other movement in this week's rankings came within the bottom five, as Miller Grove and Oak Hill Academy each gained a spot, Chester slides up two places to No. 23 and Bishop Gorman and Morgan Park replace Midwest City and Roosevelt, which both had their undefeated seasons snapped last week.
