Walk hard.

In bizarre circumstances befitting a game that wasn't lacking in drama or excitement, Texas walked home the game-winning run to beat Southern Miss in their College World Series matchup, 7-6.

Brandon Loy, facing Golden Eagles pitcher Jonathan Johnston, drew four straight balls to plate the game-winning run in the bottom of the ninth. This after Southern Miss had tied the game at 6-6 in the top half of the inning on James Ewings' RBI single.

More to come later on this game, as Texas advances to face Arizona State on Tuesday (ESPN/ESPN360, 7 p.m. ET), while Southern Miss faces North Carolina on Tuesday (ESPN2/ESPN360, 2 p.m. ET).
