The Scouts Inc. guys, Todd McShay, Steve Muench and Kevin Weidl, have ranked the top 25 underclassmen in college football for 2013. These would be freshmen, redshirt freshmen and true sophomores -- or players not eligible for the 2014 NFL draft.
The SEC awards for 2013 were announced on Wednesday, and Auburn running back Tre Mason was named the league's Offensive Player of the Year. The awards were voted on by the league's 14 head coaches, and they weren't allowed to vote for their own players.
