Gus Penning, a juco tight end from Riverside (Calif.) Community College, is on board with Baylor's nationally ranked recruiting class, according to multiple sources. Penning, a 6-foot-6, 245-pound prospect, selected Baylor over a scholarship offer from San Diego State.
