ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. -- University officials say New Mexico assistant volleyball coach Ben Wallis has been suspended for two weeks without pay following a DUI arrest last weekend.
The suspension was announced Monday by the university's vice president for athletics Paul Krebs.
Krebs says Wallis also faces other undisclosed disciplinary measures from the athletics department. Those measures fall under personnel matters and won't be made public.
Wallis is entering his second year with New Mexico after previously coaching at Cleveland High School in Rio Rancho, N.M.
