Next up is the college basketball game of the year:

Villanova over Georgetown as 'Nova hits two 3's in last :06 to win by three in OT (1/30/99):
Up by three with 14 seconds left in the second overtime, Georgetown saw its lead disappear when Howard Brown sunk a 3-pointer with 2.4 seconds remaining. Brooks Sales then deflected the inbounds pass to Jermaine Medley, who nailed a 28-footer at the buzzer for the Wildcats.

Princeton over Penn as Princeton comes back from being down 33-9 at the half to win 50-49 (2/9/99):
A 27-point second-half deficit wasn't too much for Princeton to rally from as the Tigers came storming back to shock Penn. The Quakers led 33-9 at halftime but then were outscored 41-16 in the second half.

Oklahoma over Arizona 61-60 on Humphrey tip-in (3/12/99):
Arguably the last at-large team to make the field, No. 13 seed Oklahoma didn't let that stop it from pulling an upset of fourth-seeded Arizona. The Sooners scored five points in the final 48 seconds to pull out the win, capped by Ryan Humphrey's tip-in with 21 seconds left in the game.

Kentucky over Kansas 92-88 in OT (3/14/99):
Scott Padgett forced overtime with a 3-pointer and scored seven of his career-high 29 points in the extra session to overcome 31 points by Ryan Robertson in his final collegiate game. It was the first time these two storied programs faced each other in the NCAA Tournament.

Gonzaga over Florida 73-72 to advance to West Regional Final (3/18/99):
Gonzaga's Cinderella run nearly came to an end at the hands of the Florida Gators. But Casey Calvary's tip-in with 4.4 seconds off Quentin Hall's missed runner lifted Gonzaga over the Gators and into the West Regional final against UConn.

UConn over Duke 77-74 to win National Title (3/29/99):
With a perfect game plan and a big game from Richard Hamilton, the Connecticut Huskies shocked the Blue Devils for the national title. Duke had entered the game as an overwhelming favorite, but Ricky Moore stopped Trajan Langdon's last-ditch drive to give the title to the Huskies.
