Welcome to ESPN.com's moderated chat room. On Wednesday, March 21, Iowa State's sophomore guard, Lindsey Wilson, will hit chat to talk about the women's NCAA Tournament. The Cyclones are headed to the Sweet 16 for the third straight year. The team beat Howard and Florida State in the first two rounds. In the first two games, Wilson dropped in 13 points in both games. Next up for Iowa State will be Vanderbilt on Saturday.

I think once you get here you have to focus on the game directly ahead, that is what we have done so far. We have a great chance. Everyone on our team loves the fast break just because it is so much fun to score that quickly and it gets the crowd really in it. I would say playing college basketball is intense. Any coach is going to push his players but he is great. We love playing for him. I don't think of myself as a role model but you have to accept that certain players might look to you that way. Or even fans. You have to accept it. You should take pride in it and I do. I think I've learned to be a better point guard. It's a complicated learning process. You have to know a lot about your teammates and exactly what your coach wants. Everybody likes MJ but as far as people who influenced me was my AAU coaches Lance and Tony Giles and my AAU team players. They taught me everything and are the reason I'm playing college basketball. They taught me so much about teammwork and Lance and Tony taught me everything about basketball and life. Pretty much wouldn't be here without them. Stacy is a great player. I learned so much from her last year. But it's a new season and a new group of girls. We are a lot different from last year. Nobody will forget here though.
