Darryl Dawkins dies at age 58

Darryl Dawkins played 14 seasons in the NBA, mostly with the 76ers and Nets. Dawkins was the 5th-overall pick in the 1975 NBA Draft, coming directly out of high school.


Dawkins' 'personality was electric'

Chris Broussard says Darryl Dawkins' legacy was "the naming of his dunks like the Wham-Bam-Thank You Ma'am ... and that he was one of the best in-game dunkers in NBA history."

76ers owner donates $3.5M to local nonprofit

Report: Sixers 'heavily engaged' in trade talks
