Baylor starting left tackle Spencer Drango will undergo surgery to repair a ruptured disk in his back, meaning the No. 4 Bears will likely be without him against No. 10 Oklahoma State on Saturday and potentially beyond.

Drango, a 6-foot-5, 315-pound sophomore, has started the last 22 games at left tackle for Baylor.

Redshirt sophomore Pat Colbert, who is listed as Drango's backup, has never started a game.

The Bears (9-0, 6-0 Big 12) lead the nation in points and yards, but they have not beaten a Top 25 team on the road in 22 years.
