Stars goalie Marty Turco is suffering from flu-like symptoms, prompting the team to call up Matt Climie from the Texas Stars of the AHL for Friday's game against Florida.
Climie will back up Alex Auld, who is scheduled to start the game against Florida at 7:30 p.m. at American Airlines Center.
Climie, 26, is 2-1-2 with a 1.35 goals-against average for Texas this season. He made his NHL debut near the end of last season. He was 2-1-0 in three games with a 2.92 GAA.
It is not known whether Turco will be available to play in Nashville on Saturday.
