Mike Ribeiro one of the NHL's leading fashion men

A CBC.com report says so. The web site wondered who the best dressed players in the NHL are and Mike Ribeiro's name was mentioned.

Jeremy Roenick said this about Ribeiro in the article:

I've seen him dress pretty funky. He definitely throws it way out there, in terms of how you look. He just likes to entertain. He's doing it for the 'wow' effect and I like that about him. He wore a suit one time that looked like he was back in the '50s. It might have been a triple-breasted suit. It was kind of off the hook, but he's really eclectic in his ways. He's not afraid to push the envelope.

I will say that Ribeiro is always well dressed when the team boards the charter for road trips. And he cares about what he's wearing, from his hat to his shoes. Does good fashion translate to good play on the ice? Well, it doesn't hurt to look good, does it?
