Farm club trying to lure QB Wilson

The Myrtle Beach Pelicans want Russell Wilson to spend one day with the team, and they are doing their best to lure the Seattle Seahawks' Super Bowl-winning quarterback.

The Pelicans, the Class A affiliate of the Texas Rangers, are offering to contribute $20,000 to the charity of Wilson's choice plus an all-inclusive vacation for him and his wife as enticements for the would-be infielder to make an appearance at a game.
