Police: Two sets of handcuffs needed

DALLAS -- The Richardson Police Department is requesting a ruling from the Attorney General's office to withhold all but basic information related to the Sunday arrest of Dallas Mavericks assistant coach Ronald "Popeye" Jones, who suffered facial injuries while struggling with officers.

The police department has not released video of the arrest, as requested by ESPNDallas.com and other media outlets.
