Rangers' Wilson won't start vs. Indians

Texas Rangers starting pitcher C.J. Wilson and catcher Taylor Teagarden were scratched from Wednesday's game against the Cleveland Indians because of food poisioning, the team announced.

Right-handed pitcher Colby Lewis and backup catcher Matt Treanor started in their places against the Indians. Relief pitcher Darren O'Day also has food poisoning, but his availability is unknown.
