Dez Bryant misses practice

IRVING, Texas --- Dallas Cowboys rookie wide receiver Dez Bryant missed practice Wednesday with a bruised hip.

Bryant suffered the injury after making a catch and crashing into a camerman along the Cowboys' sideline in their victory over the Houston Texans last Sunday.

"We had that looked at today," coach Wade Phillips said. "We don't think it's anything serious, but we had that looked at. It's not a hip pointer."
