Elvis Andrus (wrist) out again

HOUSTON -- Texas Rangers shortstop Elvis Andrus missed his third consecutive game with a sprained left wrist.

Andrus played catch prior to Tuesday night's 7-3 win against the Houston Astros for the first time since injuring the wrist on Friday night.

Andrus was injured while attempting a head-first slide into second base in the fifth inning of Friday night's victory over the New York Mets.
