Cowboys keep DE Jason Hatcher

SAN ANTONIO -- The Dallas Cowboys continued their work along the defensive line in free agency by agreeing to a three-year deal with end Jason Hatcher, owner and general manager Jerry Jones said Monday.

According to a source, the deal is worth $6 million with a $2.5 million signing bonus.

Hatcher, a fourth-round pick by the Cowboys in 2006, received some interest from the Denver Broncos but chose to remain in Dallas.
