Dez Bryant inactive for Cowboys

SAN FRANCISCO -- Dallas Cowboys starting wide receiver Dez Bryant did not play in Sunday's 27-24 overtime win at San Francisco because of a quad injury. Bryant was injured returning a punt in the Week 1 loss at the New York Jets.

Bryant didn't practice all week and coach Jason Garrett wants his players to at least practice once before allowing them to play in a game.

Also, starting left guard Bill Nagy (neck) did not play and was replaced by veteran Derrick Dockery.
