WR Dez Bryant doesn't participate

IRVING, Texas -- Dallas Cowboys receiver Dez Bryant dressed for practice for the first time since suffering a bruised quadriceps in the season opener, but he did not participate Friday.

"He's progressing on a daily basis," coach Jason Garrett said. "I think he's done more today than he has the last couple of days, so we're certainly optimistic about him. But again, he's day to day."
