Miles Austin out; David Buehler staying

IRVING, Texas -- Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Miles Austin, hampered by a strained hamstring, will miss Sunday's game against the Detroit Lions and won't return until after the bye week, owner Jerry Jones said Wednesday.

Because of injuries, the Cowboys were forced to start Dez Bryant, Kevin Ogletree and Laurent Robinson against the Washington Redskins on Monday night. Austin did not play in that game.
