Jason Terry expected to play

NEW YORK -- Jason Terry is expected to join the Dallas Mavericks in the Big Apple Saturday and should be available to play in Sunday's afternoon tip against Jeremy Lin and the New York Knicks, coach Rick Carlisle said.

Terry missed the past two games, the first being Wednesday against the Denver Nuggets with a mild right quadriceps strain, and Friday's game at the Philadelphia 76ers because of personal reasons.
