Rob Ryan happy with weight loss

IRVING, Texas -- Dallas Cowboys defensive coordinator Rob Ryan is still a big man, but he's shrinking.

Ryan said Friday afternoon he's lost 35 pounds as a result of a lap-band procedure performed this spring.

"So, that's a good thing," Ryan said. "It's only been a couple months so [the doctor] is real happy with me. Hell, I'll keep working."
