DeMarcus Ware may need surgery

IRVING, Texas -- Dallas Cowboys outside linebacker DeMarcus Ware's status for the Jan. 27 Pro Bowl is in doubt because he could need offseason shoulder surgery.

Ware, who hasn't practiced the past two days because of a hyperextended elbow and a shoulder that keeps popping out, said he will play in Sunday's regular-season finale against the Washington Redskins.
