Rangers to activate Mitch Moreland

ARLINGTON, Texas -- The Rangers expect to get a big boost to their lineup Friday at St. Louis when first baseman Mitch Moreland comes off the 15-day disabled list.

Moreland, who has been out since June 5 with a strained right hamstring, completed a three-game rehab assignment Wednesday with Double-A Frisco and worked out with the Rangers before Thursday's game against Oakland.
