5. Roy Williams

Strong safety Roy Williams, the No. 8 pick in 2002, quickly gained a reputation as one of the league's hardest hitters. He was selected to his first of five Pro Bowls after his second season. But problems with coverage saw Williams turn more to the horse-collar tackle, a technique that was eventually banned by the NFL.
