Murray was fined $21,000 for leading with the crown of his helmet on Eagles defensive end Damion Square on a 10-yard catch Sunday. Murray was not penalized in the game, but that type of play had been a point of emphasis this season.
The Cowboys had eight players fined this season.
George Selvie ($15,750) and Orlando Scandrick ($21,000) were fined for hits in the loss to the Chicago Bears. Linebackers Bruce Carter ($15,750) and Ernie Sims ($7,875) were fined for plays against the New Orleans Saints.
Wide receiver Dez Bryant was fined $7,875 for a throat-slash gesture versus the St. Louis Rams. Cameron Lawrence was fined $21,000 for a blindside block against the Washington Redskins, and Barry Church was fined $5,250 for throwing a football into the stands in the season opener against the New York Giants.
