Romo said he anticipates getting another pain injection for his injury, suffered in a Week 1 victory over the New York Giants.
"It does feel better now than it did last week," Romo said.
Romo was 30-of-42 passing for 298 yards and a touchdown in a Week 2 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. As the game progressed, it appeared Romo had difficulty throwing the ball. He completed only five of his last 12 passes.
"If he was [bothered], he would never tell us," said tight end Jason Witten, who is Romo's closest friend on the team. "He didn't say anything about it to me."
Bryant, who had nine catches for 141 yards and a score against the Chiefs, underwent massage treatment in the trainers' room following practice.
"I'm gonna be honest, I'm a little sore," Bryant said.
When asked if he would Sunday against the Rams, Bryant said, "What kind of question is that? Come on, man, you know I'm playing."
Starting defensive end DeMarcus Ware was a limited participant in practice on Wednesday with a neck injury. Ware suffered a stinger toward the end of the Week 2 loss at Kansas City. Linebacker Ernie Sims (groin), defensive end Anthony Spencer (knee) didn't practice.
