FRISCO, Texas -- Dallas Stars captain Brenden Morrow, who missed Saturday's game with a neck/shoulder issue, is expected to miss at least the next three games.

Morrow would've been eligible to come off injured reserve in time to play during the Stars' two-game road trip later this week, but coach Glen Gulutzan said he doesn't expect him to be ready for games at Columbus (Thursday) and at Buffalo (Friday).

"We're not looking for him this trip," Gulutzan said. "We're just preparing like he is not going to be here, and we'll wait to see what transpires over the next five or six days."

Morrow, who has 22 points -- including eight goals -- in 43 games this season, missed one game break prior to the All-Star break and six games earlier this season because of the same issue.
