Jackson left Ohio State after his junior season and was taken fourth overall in the 1992 draft. Jackson missed most of his rookie season because of a contract dispute but averaged 19.2 points, 4.8 rebounds and 4.6 assists the following year. Jackson, who had a rift with Jason Kidd, was traded to the Nets in the middle of the 1996-97 season and played for 12 teams over his career.
