SPECIAL TO ESPN.COM

March 30, 2007

There have been a lot of rumors about Billy Donovan and the Kentucky basketball vacancy. There is a report on espn.com that Kentucky will offer him the job after the Final Four.

I have spoken to an extremely reliable source. I believe he will talk to kentucky and consider the possibility. There are beautiful brand new facilities there. Kentucky has one of the best traditional programs in the sport and the most passionate fans in college hoops.

However when it is all said I believe Donovan will decide to stay in Florida. He is already establishing his own legacy in Gainesville. Florida may name the court after him in the near future.

He and his wife helped build a school down there. His in-laws recently moved to gainesville.

One place that may go after Donovan is the NBA's Memphis Grizzlies with an offer approaching $1 million.

It is not about the money and I feel Donovan is happy in Florida.
