Stock watch: Week in review

SPECIAL TO ESPN.COM

March 31, 2008 | Dick's Stock Watch provides a fast-glance review of the past week in the world of sports, charting whose stock is up and whose is down.

STOCK UP
• Congratulations to the Final Four heading to San Antonio. Yes my friends, for the first time all four #1 seeds are battling for the national championship after winning Elite Eight games.

• Stephen Curry deserves a lot of credit for the masterful performances during the NCAA tournament. Davidson has a lot to be proud about.

• The NCAA selection committee deserves kudos for the job it did seeding the event.

• The San Antonio Spurs have won seven straight games, including a big win over Houston Sunday.

STOCK DOWN
• The New York Knicks have won 20 games all season.

• Mississippi State's football program tossed two players off the team after gun and assault charges. Players have to be accountable for their actions.

• Giants linebacker Antonio Pierce entered a guilty plea for neglecting his pit bulls.
