George Gray has always relaxed by tinkering with everyday things. The best way to understand something says Gray, is to "take it apart and put it back together. If it still works and you haven't wound up in the hospital, chances are that you've done something right." This simple approach, which Gray uses when restoring his collection of vintage cars and motorcycles, also helps him prepare for television and film roles.

Gray's quick wit, engaging presence and analytical mind have served him well in the world of live stand-up and sketch comedy, as well as in his TV and film work.

Gray is the host of ESPN's reality TV series "I'd Do Anything," which begins its second season in April. Gray's most recent work includes hosting NBC's reality series "$25 Million-Dollar Hoax," "National Lampoon's GREEK GAMES" on GSN and FX's innovative "Todd TV," an unscripted series. In his most famed role, Gray was the host of the television game show "Weakest Link" from NBC Enterprises.

Before being cast on "Weakest Link," Gray hosted "Junkyard Wars" (The Learning Channel) for which he shared a 2001 Primetime Emmy Award nomination (Outstanding Non-Fiction Program). His additional television credits include hosting GSN's "Extreme Gong" and TNT's "Movies for Guys Who Like Movies" as well as acting roles in "For Your Love" and "Party of Five." Gray's film credits include "Cabin Pressure" (Lions Gate) and "Ophelia Learns to Swim" (Wroughten Films).

In 2003, Gray was honored to serve as co-host of the Jerry Lewis Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) telethon. He also lends his time to other events during the year to support Muscular Dystrophy research including riding in the annual LOVE RIDE fund-raiser with numerous celebrities and thousands of motorcycle enthusiasts, and emceeing the annual MDA Night Under the Stars black-tie gala in Beverly Hills, CA.

Gray was born in St. Louis, Missouri, raised in Tucson, Arizona and currently divides his time between Los Angeles and the historic mining town of Bisbee, Arizona. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona. His birthday is March 11th and he has a 17-pound cat named Stinky.
