Ryan Kwanten – "Claude Gearhart"
Ryan Kwanten will next be seen in ESPN's second original, made-for-television movie, "The Junction Boys," an ESPN Original Entertainment (EOE) production based on the best-selling book by Jim Dent. Kwanten will portray, Claude Gearhart, one of the few Texas A&M "Aggie" hopefuls that survived a now infamous training camp led by Coach "Bear" Bryant in the summer of 1954.

A Native of the Northern Beaches of Sydney, Australia, Kwanten accidentally fell into acting at the young age of fifteen. He was on his way to a swimming lesson when spotted by an agent at his brother's audition. Kwanten was snapped-up immediately wearing only his towel and swimming goggles.

Kwanten's film credits include Liquid Bridge, The Characters, Sticky Bang!, Flashcard Conscience, Buddha and Signal One. He has also appeared in several Australian television series, including "Home and Away," "A Country Practice," "Echo Point," "Hey Dad" and "Twenty Four Seven."

In addition to acting, Kwanten also has a passion for what goes on behind the scenes. He has directed such films as An Irreverent Life, A Day In The Life, Buddha and The Characters. His writing credits include Yeti, First, If The Shoes Fit, and Jackpot Supermarket Heist.
