Storm affects games in Northeast
Two more prominent college basketball games have been postponed after a winter storm dumped more than a foot of snow in parts of the Mid-Atlantic region and was moving Northeast, threatening more power outages, traffic headaches and widespread closures for millions of residents.
In Baltimore, residents awoke to 15 inches of snow. Washington, D.C., had nearly a foot of snow forcing the city's two main airports to be closed. Philadelphia has 9 inches of snow and still counting.
