CART ban is unnecessary

My colleague Whit Watson recently penned an article for this site entitled "IRL Still Clinging to Indy 500." In it the weekend host of RPM 2Night questioned the Indy Racing League's decision to allow CART drivers to compete in the IRL's crown jewel, the Indianapolis 500.
