Plesac to retire -- unless ChiSox come calling

DUNEDIN, Fla. -- Toronto reliever Dan Plesac thinks a 17-year major league career will be enough -- that is, unless he someday winds up pitching for the White Sox.

"I'm going to give it up after this year, this is my last year," the left-hander said Monday as the Blue Jays held their first workout of the spring.
