New coach no lock for Suns success

Phoenix and its new coach may or may not have success based on promoting internally in the past.

As every Boston Celtics fan who owns a No. 33 jersey knows, changing coaches in midstream works wonders. All they do is point to Jim O'Brien replacing Rick Pitino.
