Inspector calls Torres-Williams fight a disgrace

The chief inspector of the California State Athletic Commission has withheld the purse of Perry Williams after his bout Saturday night in Anaheim, Calif., with Joey Torres has been called a fraud.

"We will not be paying him," Dean Lohuis, chief inspector for CSAC told Maxboxing.com. "This was a disgrace. At one point, Torres tapped his shoulder and it was obvious Williams was trying to look like he was wobbled when it was very clear he wasn't."
