Heart attack claims well-traveled publicist
LOS ANGELES -- Irv Kaze, a sports publicist and broadcaster who worked for the 1981 American League champion New York Yankees and 1984 Super Bowl champion Los Angeles Raiders, has died. He was 75.
Kaze died of a heart attack during dinner at a Glendale restaurant June 29 after taping his show, "Irv Kaze on Sports,'' for KRLA-AM radio, family friend Chuck Panama said.
