League on a mission, but not headhunting

The beginning of the official moratorium on ephedra does not mean there'll be an immediate rash of positive tests.

An over-the-counter dose of reality might be in order for those fans, and perhaps even players, who believe that the league will be out in full force Monday, the first day it is permitted to legally screen for the now-banned stimulant ephedra.
