CHURCH HILL, Md. — Making a run for the border has made Chris Price a better bass fisherman in recent years.

The Church Hill, Md., angler didn't venture to Mexico to fish El Salto or Baccarac, but he did cross the border into Delaware to join a B.A.S.S. Federation club.
