Players charged with steroid possession
PINEVILLE, La. -- Two Louisiana College football players have been arrested for possession of steroids and other drugs, police said.
Taylor Gill, 19, of Hammond, and Paul Eugene Hoyt, 20, of Albany, were arrested late Wednesday night on the school's Pineville campus after college officials contacted Alexandria police, Capt. Mike Villard said. Between 4 and 5 cubic centimeters of the steroid Winstrol-V, along with unidentified blue tablets, were found in their dorm rooms, Villard said.
