Flames need more fuel for the fire

Even with Jarome Iginla, the Flames won't make the playoffs without a No. 2 center.

IGINLA Being top-heavy is fine for Anna Nicole Smith, but in the NHL, it can throw a team out of whack. Last season's No. 1 trio of right wing Jarome Iginla (52), center Craig Conroy (27) and left wing Dean McAmmond (21) scored 100 of Calgary's 201 goals. They signed vet left wing Martin Gelinas and right wing Chuck Kobasew, their No. 1 pick in '01, but general manager Craig Button still hasn't found a second-line center. Without one, the six-year playoff drought will continue.
