Thompson says she's owed $280,000
CONCORD, N.H. -- Olympic gold medalist swimmer Jenny Thompson filed a lawsuit saying she is owed $280,000 for an endorsement deal.
Entrepreneur Matt Freese and real estate developer Ralph Cutillo, who died last week at age 78, are the defendants.
Thompson, winner of eight Olympic golds, signed an endorsement contract with Freese's marketing company, Envion International, in 1998. Cutillo bought Envion last year, according to the lawsuit.
