Woods big finish never happens
SUTTON COLDFIELD, England -- Chosen as the last man in the U.S. Ryder Cup team's singles lineup, Tiger Woods harbored thoughts that he would be the player to retain the trophy.
By the time he and opponent Jesper Parnevik strode down the 17th fairway at The Belfry, the trophy was already being handed to the Europeans.
