Bulldogs off the hook for unsanctioned summer league

The NCAA reversed a decision and cleared Georgia's Damien Wilkins and Ezra Williams for the Bulldogs' opener against Texas on Nov. 15 in the Coaches vs. Cancer Classic at Madison Square Garden after the pair was suspended last week for playing in an unsanctioned summer league.

Georgia coach Jim Harrick said the NCAA made a "prudent decision,'' by allowing Williams and Wilkins to play in the opener.

"It was the league that made the mistake,'' Harrick said.
