Third deadline's the charm for Seattle, Silicon bowls

The Division I Football Certification Subcommittee accepted letters of intent from two banks on Tuesday, both affirming that they plan to issue $1.5 million letters of credit to cover payouts for the Seattle Bowl and Silicon Valley Football Classic by the end of the week.
