Blank blocks Thomas' move to Cincinnati

In the latest move that signals how serious Arthur Blank is about retaining continuity for a franchise that figures to be a serious playoff contender again in 2003, the Atlanta Falcons owner blocked the plans of the Cincinnati Bengals to hire assistant coach Emmitt Thomas.
