NTRA, Churchill in court for pick-six distribution

The National Thoroughbred Racing Association and Churchill Downs went to court on Tuesday to request that the disputed Breeders' Cup pick six payout be distributed to ticketholders with five of six winners. The NTRA, which merged with Breeders' Cup two years ago, and Churchill Downs, the owner of Arlington Park, where the Breeders' Cup was held last year, filed a petition in United States District Court in New York, asking that the Illinois Racing Board be allowed to authorize Arlington Park ...
