Senator on crusade for creating federal commission

WASHINGTON -- Invoking much of passion he uses to knock out an opponent, middleweight champion Bernard Hopkins threw his support behind Sen. John McCain's bill that would create a federal agency to run boxing.

"One commission!" said Hopkins, who pounded the table during Wednesday's hearing of the Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee. "To me, that's easy."
